The Wiegand Junction Box Reader is the latest addition in a line of new Readers designed for ease-of-use, cost-effectiveness, and incorporating the latest Wiegand-based, 125kHz Proximity technology.
The Wiegand Junction Box has been designed with mounting holes that allow it to fit directly on a single light switch box. This enables a quick and efficient installation process on sites that have been pre-wired with junction boxes for access control solutions
The Reader is fully potted for vandal resistant outdoor use and includes an anti-tamper switch.
KEY FEATURES:
· Designed to connect directly to a standard switch box for easy installation
· Supports multiple 125kHz tag technologies, including
o 125kHz EM Marin tags
o 125kHz Impro proprietary tags
o HID 125kHz tags
· Can be connected up to 150 meters from the Door Controller via Wiegand bus
· Compatible with 3rd party systems using the Wiegand 44bit output
· Connects to the IXP20 Controller, IXP220 Controller, ImproX iTRT and Impro TRT Door Controllers
· Fully potted for vandal resistant outdoor use
· Includes an anti-tamper switch on the Reader
