Door Controllers, also known as Terminals, are the interface between Tag Readers and System Controllers. Door Controllers use a combination of onboard relays, inputs and outputs to enable such features as Request-to-Exit (RTE) and Door Open Sensor (DOS). Generally each door or access point on a site requires its own Door Controller.
Optional Terminals:
The ImproX (IPS) Integrated Power Supply has been developed to decrease installation time and improve system stability. The ImproX IPS offers the benefit of a combined, battery backed, Power Supply and ImproX Controller or Terminal. The complete unit comes housed in a powder coated, mild steel cabinet.
